[1.21m] private Assets mothballed + graphical glitch

1. I have round 133, capital, 517k population and 88,8l workers where many private assets are mothballed (causing some problems for my Civ score) - for a total of 17 private assets, 9 are mothballed. After 10+ turns, one more private asset got mothballed.
Pr jobs: 142,2000 vs 567 000 population
Public Jobs: 55100 vs 88 800 workers
2. Cloning center might be too powerfull. I got one early in the game and now I get +8300per turn. I think cloning center got some increase comparing to previous versions
3. City upgrade message has some weird -1 -1 (see pic) 4. Suggestion1: maybe it would be worth to increase penalty for attacking infantry puerly with mechanized forces (tanks)? I use only lt tanks armies and these are just super powerful.
5. suggestion 2:Artyllery attacking/reducing Logistic points:
I was thinking about a feature that Arty can attack particular hexes (with or without roads), so they reduce logistic points. I.e. attacking such hex may force logistic AI treat such hex as a mountain so trucks need to find a way around (significantly reducing avaliable logictic points)
