Ikkuro tech tree overlap bug

I don't see a thread for it, and I'm surprised no one's seen this yet.
A few techs in the Ikkuro tree are overlapping vanilla techs.
Immediate Hull Regeneration / Fleet Command Ships
Deep Ocean Harmonious / Comprehensive Exploration

Could you please let us know what version of the game are you running since you've noticed this issue? Are you using any mods at all? What platform are you using for DW2 (Steam, GOG, Slitherine)? Have you tried verifying your files (if GOG/Steam)?
Do you have a save that you could share that demonstrates the issue?
We haven't seen other reports like this, so any additional info you could give us would be helpful.

Wow. I totally forgot about this post. It was whatever beta was out on Sept 3. It seems fixed in a new game under 1.1.7.4.
But in that new game the Harmonious planet techs are gone entirely? Maybe that's enabled by an event? They're set to false in the XML and I don't remember.

They do start off disabled, each of those techs should appear as you colonise the relevant world-type.
