Something I don't understand

Playing 1.059 patch, scenario Total War in a current PBEM.
This is Winter 41 turn. USA is not yet at war. Last turn, I sent some supply trucks to the Philippines and to Pearl Harbor. 1 truck on each region. But this turn, the two trucks have disappeared.
Is there a rule I have not understood? What would explain this behavior?

Did you spend any supply on espionage or intelligence assets this turn? I know sometimes I don't always keep an eye on which region it's coming out of.

I don't think so. I am redoing a test. I wonder if this is not another iteration of this bug.

It has been fixed with v1.059 (Italian are working for example).

All right, I put two supply trucks in the Philippines and two supply trucks in Pearl Harbor. And, I hit the next turn button.
Waiting my next PBEM turn to confirm.

Well, all supplies are indeed there the next turn. Really wonder if I am becoming mad or what.
Maybe I have invested in SIGINT indeed... Everything is fine, I can be crushed by Japan now. By the way, I see Japanese carriers coming. Are they on training?

Just testing a new method of whale fishing using torpedo bombers. Nothing you need to worry about.

Wow. Combined Fleet decoded. You must've invested the whole Allied treasury in SIGINT.
