Hello!
I bought War Plan Orange: Dreadnoughts in the Pacific 1922 - 1930 yesterday. This is a game that I really like.
However the game is lagging badly.
I'm running WPO on a windows11 system, my computer configuration is perfectly adequate (11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz, 16G RAM x64, 8 cores),
and I've also follow the installation process in this thread (tm.asp?m=4491506)
but there is a two or three second delay in any button feedback after clicking within any game scenario. This problem is not noticeable when I play WITPAE or Eagle Day to Bombing the Reich.
Is there any way to improve this or optimize the game?

Yes I've try that command, and -deepcolor, -cpu8, -dd_sw as well. The problem is still.
As I mentioned I tried the same commands in order to optimize WITPAE, and they work, so i'm very confused what to do.
Looking forward to your further suggestions to fix!

Sorry, no more ideas.

Others reported before it was solved this way (-w switch), perhaps the success or not depends on the OS.

Any one still playing WPO an still have the lag issue, ive just done a clean install and added the deepColor switch but it still lags a bit.
Any one have any luck with the lag and also changing the screen resolution
