Per the rules all ports east of and including Port Augusta cannot be supplied if the Allies have one of X ports in the Solomans/New Guinea. But i'm seeing Port Normanton go back and forth between no supply and Port Supply in one game I'm playing. Normanton is east of Augusta, so should not have port supply, correct? I noticed this in one game and moved a Japanese unit back east to use the port to escape Australia, then the next turn it was out of supply, so i moved back west....and of course it then came back into supply the next turn. Any reason for this?

In looking at the code...that port does not appear to be in it so it should have supply.
