Having just experienced mud turns 3 and 4 as Axis, as well as playing Soviets when Axis get numerous mud turns early on - please add back in the option for static weather, like we had in WITE1.

It can be similarly punishing for the Soviets if you get too few heavy snow turns.

I second this motion.
