User Adjustable Font Size

Pretty please? With sugar on top. 
I'm very much enjoying the game. But BOY is some of the text hard to read. Sure, I can use Windows' scale feature, but that affects the entire desktop so I'd hafta enable it just to play this game (or CMO for that matter) then turn it back off when done.
Or i dunno. Maybe this game isn't getting any more updates? It's done and is what it is?
