Hardbacks down to less than $10

Worth checking over several days as there is high turn over and new books on the shelves each day.

For example McArthur Strikes Back - Buna campaign appeared today.

For the B17 debate - picked up a great book on Guadalcanal and read that a single patrolling B17 from Henderson airfield downed 4 fighers one day and 3 the next.

Keep an eye on what goes on the shelves - I've been checking over the past fortnight and there have been some beauties.

For less that $5 picked up a well written book that describes in detail all of the military events on a single day in '44. Includes a great piece on Leyte Gulf.

Good for lunchtime perusing - there's a top pasta cafe next door - $4 for yummy penne etc
