As of the q patch none of my successful rolls for bonuses and official bonuses are yielding any improvement in the target leader's attitude. Is this a bug or am I missing something? This is happening repeatedly, 100% of the time in my new game started under the q patch.

Check the target leader's Egoism. Bribe effects scale with Egoism, if it's 0 they won't have any effect.

Thanks, I'll check. I have already made a fool of myself once because I did not know a rule. I tried to bonus on several leaders. I will check all their stats.

You are correct. The Ego=0 was my problem. Apparently I am cursed with several selfless leaders.
