1870 Blood and Iron

So coming back and trying out some of the non-ACW scenarios against the AI. I played France against expert AI on 1870 Blood and Iron and it wasn't much of a fight. In particular, the AI seemed to struggle to use its artillery and HQs effectively. Otherwise its a fun map and interesting to try to decide where to attack and defend. I'd upload the save here but it appears to be 35MB which is over the limit.
