How to edit campaign victory conditions?

I would like to edit the 1943 campaign to have no early ending.

Is that the Stalingrad to Berlin Campaign? If so the most recent release has a no early end version.

Just load C43 in the editor, go to the map, bring up the victory screen, and you will be able to click on the x to the left of each Sudden Victory level and remove them. Then just exit from the map back to the editor main screen, rename the scenario by clicking on the name near the top and then save it. The DLC is Steel Inferno, which includes 1943 start and 1944 start campaigns.

No, unfortunately you can't edit options after a two player game has started.

would it be possible to get file of the game , so i can load it into the editor and change the victory conditions or change it to extended play
