Looking for 2 games: NO DIPLOMACY

Hi folks,
I am hosting 2 games: one axis, one allies. These are NO DIPLO games. Password is 'bernie'. I play 2-3 turns per day and I am in the UK time zone.
Why no diplo? I think DEI diplo is a bit broken and has impacted a bunch of recent games. Also, less money on diplo means more money for research and units and more action!
Feel free to suggest other rules.
