1328.9 UI: Altitude significant digits regression

Hello,
until the war planner update the altitude of units was indicated with no decimal. This helped with the readability of the data blocks, as tenth of a ft are not meaningful at the scale of Command. However the war planner update introduced a number of regressions in the UI (as in, UI code that was changed way back wasn't anymore). This one hasn't been corrected yet, can you kindly remove that decimal?
