Reporting Exception As Requested By Game

Playing Kobayashi Maru, the 2nd scenario in Red Tide, I was going along when suddenly a window popped up saying something about an exception error and buttons to report the bug here and open the locations of the save and log. They are attached.
Not sure if I should keep playing the scenario now. Will that affect its playability or anything?
