Hi,

In the picture here, a New-Zeeland unit landed in Java. The hexes captured became UK controlled as per the rules, but Surabaya became... New-Zealand controlled. I thought I would mention it even if not super important (unless the sub-program for New-Zeland is become self-aware and trying to become a major power).

I noticed this for Thailand...
When you build coastal defense as Thailand, they can only be placed that country's territory.

So realistically all the territory should be New Zealand's.

Only way I know to test it is to build a coastal defense.

I'll put this on the list. It should be NZ control.

Did you walk off the shore to take it?
Or did you walk from land to land to take it?

If i recall correctly, I landed on the oil field, then probably moved onto it.
