I have a faction leader requesting Autocracy profile reaches at least 35. But this faction is pro Meritocracy, there is no mention of Autocracy in their profile at all?

This has to be a bug, right? I don't think I have noticed something like this before, but sometimes I don't check when I have a request like this.
