There doesn't seem to be a glider unit in the CMO database.

In real life, it usually depends on a multitude of factors; the issue is that most radars have speed gates to filter out slow moving objects, like road traffic, and atmospheric interference. This means that a slow moving paraglider, hang glider or drone usually won't be seen, even if it has a large enough radar cross section.

Paragliders are similar to small UAVs in their speed and signature profile, so systems that are optimized for the latter should also fare decently against them. And the market in that sector is currently booming, for good reason.
