[1328.9] LRDR detection range low, NBILST not working

The Long Range Discrimination Radar, in-DB, is supposed to have a very long range and be capable of discriminating decoys from actual missiles, as well as likely being able to identify aircraft through NBILST. Instead it only detects missiles very close in (often too close for an intercept) and does not identify them via NBILST at all. Save enclosed. I don't think it's a DB problem, the range and all are right so I'm not sure what's up.

Since it wasn't logged, bump. Confirmed that it's still present in 1328.11. NBILST doesn't work against planes or BMs.

Bump, as there is renewed discussion of ABM early warning. From what I can tell, the LRDR in the simulation still has a much lower detection range against IRBM/ICBM threats than it is advertised as having.
