I've seen a few cases where the "little picture" for a character doesn't match the big one, and often there is a gender mis-match. Other times a character will grow a beard. If I switch back to the original graphics imagery, the issue goes away.

Attached is the .se1 file that has the example in the following image.

Does the issue persists for you if you load the save again? For me it shows the same portrait for that character in both screens, so it might be some glitch that doesn't last through a reload?

Edit: Interestingly all the other characters have different portraits too here compared to the small versions shown in your screenshot.

I hadn't tried that until you suggested. Turns out I get the same image as you on second load.
That might make it a bit difficult for Vic to repeat!

Seems like an issue with the rendered portrait cache-ing system. Thanks for reporting. I'll look into it!

Right I think it is due to starting SE game. Playing a first planet and then exiting (without quiting app) and then starting a new Planet. Closed a loophole for some rare cases there for next version.

Very likely since I do that from time to time when I'm fiddling around with generating planet types or mods or whatnot. Subtle - hope you're correct!
