Slowly getting back up to speed

I am finally in a place where I feel like I am slowly getting back up to speed since the heart attack.
Having a bit of fun with my modified (graphics only) CFNA 41 scenario and created hopefully an encirclement that Elmer can't break. But I am rusty.

Didn’t know about your heart, but evidently the attack was set on “minimize”. Glad to see that you’re getting back your health.
Just to be sure the score is right . . . that makes you tied with Curtis.
Best Regards, RhinoBones

Let's be clear: To be comparable, I was actually dead. (Luckly, I did it while in an emergency room.)

I thought I was falling asleep only to be very rudely awaken and being lifted 6-8 inches off the gurney and seeing and feeling the electricity shooting out of my body, especially my skull. I said rather loudly “What was that!?” To which a nurse replied in disbelief “You felt that?” To which I said “YEAH!” She responded something about afib and or code, And then I said rather foolishly “Don’t do that again!”.
Hindsight that shock probably saved my heart, that and God sparing my life so my wife would not become an early widow.

Sounds like we have yet another member of the living-dead among us! They don't shoot you full of juice unless the ticker stopped.
This is starting to be a zombie board!

Yes, but this is as far as I hope we all go, don't wish any of this on anyone here.
My warning to you all if you have any chest discomfort don't fool around with it and wait until it turns into a heart attack. I never had sharp shooting pains, no crushing chest, just a discomfort, shortness of breath and feeling like someone was strangling me. These would come in cycles and then disappear, until that day. If you feel anything like this go to the ER or see your doctor.
My sister-in-law works in the medical field as a statistician for cancer patients, in her spare time she did a research project based on me and told me 6 weeks after the ordeal that I had a 13% survivability that day. I am so glad non one mentioned that to me that day.
Now I have lost 35 pounds, am exercising three times a week at cardio therapy (and will continue to find a gym after the 12 weeks is over) and walk every day. The new diet does take a bit getting used to but I am committed to never having another one and there are things I can do in my own power to prevent it and that is what I am doing.
Elmer could not break the encirclement.

Good to see you still in one piece and on the active road to full recovery. One of my trustees had a heart attack when he was 60 years old, he is now 84 years old. He eats well and does 30 minutes rowing a day. You're on the right track. Recover well.
