I know that the IJN can resize Float Planes via the CS ships.

Do the Allied have some option to resize their Float Planes?

If so, how do you do it.

A player can do it the same way, they just need a ship with a larger capacity than the size of the float plane unit if they want to make it larger. If they want to make it smaller and the air unit has too many aircraft, just make sure that the ship can carry some of the excess aircraft as cargo otherwise some of the aircraft will be lost.

The allies get 18 plane float units at LA. That's about it....GP

You can only expand up to the air capacity of the ship, further the ship needs to be able to carry FPs, no CVs. As the max number of float planes any Allied ship can carry is four and FP cannot be based on a carrier the answer to your question is yes, but pointless.

You can reduce the size and I think from memory there are a few ships not at max cap so you could increase these.
