1.21u No river crossing combat penalty

This was done by attacking the freefolks with infantries at the North Western border, close to the top of the map.

Cannot find such a unit to attack with save file. Where there is a river to attack over as well.
In any case it is very much possible the subunit in question has already "broken through", once that is done, it is over the river and no more penalties apply.

Most likely the case, I didn't have recon to check the early rounds situation and I was unaware it was affected by breakthrough.
