Hi, I'm new here...
Can any of you give me any pointers? I can't seem to work out how to use the 'Upsize Starship' artifact.
It is grayed out while on a starship or on a planet.

The artifact has to be aboard the starship you want to upsize. Take that starship *over* one of your worlds and use it then. Just go to the starship's artifacts menu and select the button. Note that you can shift-click each artifact entry to find out how to use it.
