[FIXED][1328.10a[ ATACMS 1A Crashing into the ground after launch

Hi All
Load the scenario and observe the 3 assigned ATACMS crash into the ground almost instantly after launch. It is close to minimum range and there is higher terrain above it, but its not breaching any noticeable firing parameters.

Seems to be range-related. I push out to Long Island or Nantucket it is fine. Maybe it is a Martha's Vineyard thing [joke]

In Berdyansk and Luhansk airfields apparently it worked pretty well

Still an issue in 1328.12. One is fired fine. The other detonates right after launch. This is repeatable.
To see launch the attached scenario and observe.
