After doing well wrecking Germany on the USAAF side, wanted to see how it was on the Luftwaffe side.
Spent many hours setting up production for the Luftwaffe, and can't stop the computer from changing the production!

So on the overnight screen, I hit "List Targets". Then "A/C Production".
On the bottom left of that screen, is a button & then either the words "production control: human" or "production control: computer" switching between the 2 as you hit the button.
No matter which I hit, after the day's attacks are over, the game flashes on the screen how different factories are switching to different aircraft or parts or engine production changing what I had set.

How do I make that stop so production can stay with what I set?!?

And which is the right understanding of the screen.
If its showing "production control: human", does that mean production control should be human controlled now?
Or if its showing "production control: human", does that mean the opposite & its currently computer control and you're supposed to hit the button if you want human control?!?

You need that button on'Human'. I've had similar issues before but not consistent!
Play the first day and input those changes from the 2nd day. It's 622 turns, waiting one will not affect the outcome and the problem disappeared from day 2.

So when my screen on the bottom left says:

O prod control : human

Does that mean its set to human control now and computer shouldn't adjust production from what I set?
Or does that mean the computer is currently managing production and I need to hit the button to switch it to human control?
Because frustratingly I've seen both situations be true in other areas

Another way to ask question I'm asking:
What should the screen say if its on human control?
O prod control : human
or
O prod control : computer

If it says on the screen "human" then the human is in control.

The computer takes control for the first day or 2 to get things sorted out. I recall it took control for several turns in the original so It might be longer but I thought I fixed this, I would need to check the code.

Always love these things in games messages that can be taken both ways. As a positive and a negative.

Why not just put "is" into the message and remove the :

Yeah stoneage, that was my question exactly. Is the screen showing me that prod control is human now? Or do I have to hit the button to switch to human control!
