An enemy city was providing workers for a delegated asset. When I conquered it, my new city was still providing workers for it despite the asset being in enemy territory. It wasn't too bad as I could remove delegation through mng>asset.

Here you can see it's in the middle of an enemy zone.

You find so many small thingies. Did I already add you to the tester credits? I think not, unless you went by other name than thrake?

Indeed, I'm not in the credits. This is an old nickname. JJ 'Incitatus' would be more fitting for posterity, thanks
