Turks have normal infantry stats but having USSR as the controlling major means it gets up to three level of Infantry tech. An army can reach 8 att and 7 defense.

Suggest making Turkey UK controlling major.

They're aware, I brought this up years ago.

Just house rule them to Tech 2 if playing MP or if playing allies solo.
