May I suggest dev buys ASL license for TotH and add charts etc...so we can see whats going on in play, it would be incredible to play ASL, but the game really is not what it should be. I would rebuy at new high price

I am near 100% certain you won’t be able to buy a “license” for ASL from Hasbro, well you might for a few million. ASL is an awesome game system and MMP has done an excellent job keeping that board game alive.

I think games like steel panthers that play like ASL actualy gave people more reason to play ASL, I think the troop now is also in the same vein as ASL, I dont think a computer game license would hurt ASL as its playing on a board that draws them to ASL. I found i did a virtual tabletop app only to realise its actualy playing with minis thats scratches that itch.

they could sell a license with a physical copy of ASL. world in flames would of been good if you could of got the rules with thoses maps shame

If I am not mistaken "The Troop" is a FPS type of game (similar to Combat Mission aka Battlefront) and is not really an ASL type of game (top down).

Both CM and Troop are RTS / FPS type of games.

Steel Panthers is similar to ASL but the Microprose game Second Front is very very close to a ASL version for PC.

In fact SF is more closely related to ASL then SP.

its turn based, and it plays like steel panthers, the FPS is when you get a cut scene when a tank fires. you should watch a youtube video, its just released after a year in early access and has 15 % off

btw its hex based , just dont see them all the time because its realistic looking, it does have a battlefront vibe but its full turn based not pausable rts.
