Hi,

I think I messed up big time . While making myself comfortable on the couch I must have touched my Notebook's touchepad (several times?) and resigned an ongoing PBEM match (ID:421040). I have no other idea how the game was resigned otherwise. Is there the possibility to return the game back to the open status and revert my clumsiness?

I think I was to fast in blaming myself. There seem to be several closings of ongoing games, see forum thread: On going game disappeared.

My question remains the same though.

Server is fixed so that problem is resolved.

As for your question regarding getting a MP match that either accidentally got ended OR because a turn went past the server match expiration (6 weeks), it is possible to get it back by contacting Slitherine support.
A few years ago, two YouTubers were featuring a joint series..both went on a longish vacation (Europeans get longer ones then us North Americans it seems haha), and returned. Their game had expired. At that time, MP matches were terminated in 30 days if a return turn wasn't made. Anyways, both players petitioned here on the forum and Slitherine\Matrix, provide the game ID, and explained their circumstances. Eventually, they got their match set to green on the PBEM server, and continued on with their epic match...

Note: Slitherine changed things with the PBEM++ server so a match can stay on the server for 6 weeks or so. At least I know this from personal experience. Hope this all helped.
