StB Airlanding Division TOE includes motorized rifle squads

One would assume it is supposed to be non-motorized since it is not a motorized division.

There are historical references to the entire 22nd Airlanding Division being motorized at this time after being withdrawn. (which was not universal across all German (LL) Airlanding Divisions)
The regiment remained [with] the 22nd (LL) Infantry Division (mot.)(tropical).
With an order from the General Army Office dated July 29, 1942, the division was for Airborne use and received the additional designation (LL motorized tropical). There were also reclassifications of the units. On the 1st In October 1942 the airborne use was abolished again.

But I guess it really doesn't matter as the unit gets broken up and farmed out to other parent organizations - or - disbanded / destroyed, never to serve on the Eastern front again after being withdrawn from the Sevastopol region.

FYI - The 2nd Airlanding Division is classified (for a time) as motorized here too:
