[1328.10a] Exception error...and is this new?

I have never seen this error dialog before.
Just running as double flame I have also noticed that this scenario runs less that 1:1 in real-time at times even on double flame. Pulses are all 4ms to 11ms, yet it seems to really struggle at certain points as red aircraft come into engagement range of blue ships.

But keeping that open.
Yes that's a new form, the "fuse" prevents exception spams / freezing the game.
PS : regarding pulse time this also has been tweaked, this is related to the dynamic resolution of the sim.
