Started a new game with recent version 1.21v, currently on turn 58, and at this point have not received any new Fate Points, nor Fate Stratagems cards. Did receive an initial set of Fate Stratagems at start of game, but have not have received any since. Epocs are enabled in my game otherwise can’t find a setting, or reason why I’m not getting points or cards.

Graphic below has an interesting line “(Only Fate Pack on Tech Level Increase on regular Diff+)." Can't make sense of this line.

-To receive Fate Pack from Zone Conquest its now only sure if new Zone has 20% of existing Populace in your empire or more, if conquered Zone has less than that 20% there is a linear chance you’ll still get the Fate Pack. (previous hard 10K populace limit has been dropped).
-On Regular Difficulty and higher Admin and Culture Level increases no longer give a free Fate Pack. Tech Level is the only one now that does this."

I didn't catch the changes to Fate Stratagems in the updates.
