Management Assetts window QOL Suggestions

QOL improvements for Management Assets Screen:
Suggestion #1
The asset window in Management is handy to see all of your mining assets for example, I notice one has 0 production and it tells you where it is on the top frame of the graphic info window of said Metal Mine. It would be a nice if we could double click on that location name at the top or just double click on the asset image (more obvious) and the game will switch to the map and the hex this asset is located.
Suggestion #2
The Asset Window, there doesn't seem to be a way to list ALL mining assets, only per zone, which is listed on the left. Perhaps there could be an ALL button just above the list of zones and we can see them all listed in the main window space at once.

Rightclick any asset and have option to upgrade or just have an upgrade button in the options window at the bottom. This would give the Asset window more reason to use it more often, its great you can get an overview and alter production output or mothball or close it, but upgrade option seems to be a missing oversight.
