Does anyone know what this symbol is (the red arrow is pointing to it).

It means there is a minefield in the port of Townsville.

the color varies as to what country laid the field (air dropped mines are white in color iIRC.)

The "TO" sorta cinched it. And sporting Old Glory I was pretty certain it wasn't Tokyo.
