GPU impact on overall CMO performance

I have two laptops with i9s and RTX 4090s. Since the release of the DX11 version of CMO, I have wondered about the impact that the GPU has on overall performance. So I ran a test comparing the 4090 Laptop vs the integrated Intel Iris Xe. I ran my benchmark scenario three times with each GPU on each laptop.
The results are no notable difference in performance of CMO in execution of the scenario. Where I did see a difference is in the movement of the map and snappiness of the menus and such. But even then, it was just noticeable and not unplayable. So if CMO is your primary game, don't work about spending a lot on the GPU for your PC.
