UK protest German naval movement

Ok I took the UK out of the war... but the UK keeps protesting naval movement and now it's back at 30+% mobilization.
I removed the mines on the trade line and am moving my fleet back toward germany... anyone know what triggers the UK ire?

Here's the relevant Mobilization_2 script, so in essence you do not want any German naval vessels or transports within
75 hexes of 80,87
20 hexes of 133,47
etc.

I see, I was worried it might be mines I put by the french coast but it look these would be out of range. Must be the low supply AH battleship limping back around the UK...

Kept going up even after the AH ship made it to germany.
I ended winning the mp game but the UK was just one turn away from rejoining...
If they withdraw from the war, they really should give the Center Powers a break in regards to naval operation vs France.
