weird message in 1941-10-13 as american tanks appear in egypt

"As the Allies advance on our borders, it is best to say (YES) to increase our field forces by raising these Volksgrenadier Corps" - which I can't respond to. Seen this near the end game, but right now there are no allied units or american anywhere near germany.

DE 607 for Germany to have the option to deploy some Volksgrenadier Corps is triggered by one of the following.
Just to explain how it works, with the first one, if there are 2 Allied units within 6 to 10 hexes of Warsaw, the script can be triggered.
Hopefully that helps explain this event.
