Resource rumours generated but not available/visible

A few times now on the vid screen I am told the 'Resource Rumours' stratagem has been generated but I cannot see it in the MTH stratagem screen nor is it mentioned in the Stratagem Generation screen via reports. I have used this stratagem in the past, so it possibly could be a new bug??

Your sure its not in the Zone SubTab of the Stratagem Tab... if not send me a save game to

Goodnews I just found it in the Strategem Covert Ops tab. Seeing this was a MTH stratagem I would of thought it would of been in the MTH tab, but then again it kinda makes sense. But caught me out just the same as usually all the MTH ones are together. And I just checked the Stratagem Generation Overview page and it is mentioned in the Spying Stratagems section. So that checks out too. I didn't think to look there.
