Which one is the recommendation with the most bug-free and the balance?

All scenarios face the same game bug issues. There's nothing particularly special about the scenarios, other than the choice between 1805 and 1812, and the choice between classic EIA and alternate EIH. Personally I prefer the alternate EIH setups with their somewhat improved OOBs, politics, and naval forces.
As for balance, for solitaire games, that all depends on which Major Power you play and what difficulty you set the computer opponents. Players should experiment and see what they find enjoyable. For PBEM games, that again depends on which Major Power you play and the experience of your human opponents.
I'd also be interested in what other players have to say about v1.25.03. I've spent a lot of time trying to make the AI competent and challenging. Still room for improvement, of course!

Bill,
Very new to this game (hours only) and on 1.25.03 (hotfix), I setup a Discord thread on the Hex! server for EIA and we have four of us discussing now a MP game, so far I think we all are inexperienced lol. But it sounds like it maybe good great fun.
Found your guides and just sitting down to read and try the Murat tutorial.

I have not used Discord for anything. Personally, I prefer this forum here for discussing EIA and sharing information so everyone can see what's going on. Certainly you and others can use Discord or whatever but I think there's value in having and using a primary forum like what we have right here.

Bill, all valid points, I have been on the forums since 2002 (pre merger). But Discord offers text messaging in real time, a chat thing for wargamers.
