Destroyed unit put into force pool after breakdown units

MWiF made a deviation that all scrapping of destroyed units happens at once, before the production phase. This would be fine, except that the destroyed units are put back into the force pool after the Break Down units phase, so they are not available to be broken down until the next turn. This makes a big difference for the Germans, who want to get their MOT XXs back on the map as quickly as possible.
I realize that since fixing this would require altering MWiF's sequence of play, fixing this is not going to happen, but I did want to point out the problem. By editing save files, one can compensate for the bug, but it is a bug.
P.S. Who would want to serve in a German MOT XX? The things die at a ridiculously high rate.
