topic says all...
the only thing I'd like to add: it happens too much in the last days/weeks.
Maybe someone should have a closer look on what is going on there?

yep same problem, mine had a connection message first were you needed to log on. It them came back connection error.

Sorry to hear about the trouble and your best bet is to contact Matrix games support to see if they can reset the game for you.
