EiT Balkan War 1912

I generally really like this scenario. Played vs my son (he's the Ottomans). It captures the feel of so many different "fronts" and the challenges each side faced trying to manage what was a shoe string war.
The Ottomans have a lot of surface area to cover, not enough troops in the Balkans as they try and stave off the Bulgarians. The Balkan side has barely enough troops in any individual area, lousy terrain to get to their objectives, and is under a crazy time crunch to get the win.
The one part that suffers is the Aegean. The Ottoman Fleet is way too good for this scenario. The Ottoman Fleet at the start of this was in bad mechanical repair with low levels of training and was mostly passive. Given the level of cheese naval combat involves and the fact that the Greeks have to be aggressive due to the FS cities they need to amphib it was rather easy for the Ottomans to deny control of the Aegean to the Greeks. Also, there should likely be an area around the mouth of the Dardanelles the Greeks can't mine due to concerns over international blowback and Ottoman garrisons on at least some of the larger islands.
