Madness with auto air leaders replacements

game is constantly changing air leaders and at some point it is just an absurd:

same guy was dismissed and then put back in charge on the next turn
i suspect that bugged victory/losses records for an air leaders is causing this issue:

while overall losses looks pretty decent (all losses are from a2a/GS, no GA on airbase and no GA at all)

the easiest solution would be to remove air leaders auto replacements, if fixing losses/victory count is too hard

Evidently you and I don't share the same problem. Now this is still version .52.

Interesting, I don't remember and changes in leader dismissals in the 1.03.xx versions.

Stamb - are you using the air HQs to counter herding? (Ie are losses from being displaced or behind the frontlines)

I've seen this before. I tried to replace Goering when I had lots of extra AP but the AI would keep putting him back every turn or two. After 3 or 4 tries I gave up and just left him there.
I'm fairly sure it's been like that from the beginning. Kind of annoying though as I don't try to replace air leaders anymore.

No. Btw i have more examples of exactly this two swapping positions. But i guess there is no need to spam the thread with exact same messages.

Stamb mentioned in his AAR that this keeps happening. I think it happened at least 2 more times that he did not post. On turn 39 and again here:

At this point it may be easiest to remove wins/losses from air combat since it doesn't seem to make sense and leads to commanders rotating in/out/in.
