I have searched but cannot find any reference to this: I have played the additional Air HQs 1943 campaign couple of times (vs AI), and the Barracuda II doesnt build, even though its entry in the data is 1943/1 to star, expanding to 3 per turn. This leaves the NAS sqds orphaned unless you just ignore the historical aspect and give them Beautifighters. ( , sorry, Beaufighters!)
