Set Orientation (using arrow keys) is panning map too

When using arrow keys for fine adjustment in Set Orientation dialog, the map gets panned too. I don't think this is intended.
Procedure to reproduce:
- open any scenario in Editor mode
- select unit
- open "Set Orientation" use arrow keys to adjust orientation
- orientation gets changed while map jumps in arrow direction simultaneously
Therefore no .save attached

btw:
arrow right is one up and arrow left is one down - what makes sense to me
arrow up is one down and arrow down is one number up - what is counter intuitive

Suggestions:
- add an option to enter the number directly, additional to the slider
- it would be nice if the the "Set Orientation" dialog would work like F2 "Set speed & Altitude". Means it gets the values of the recent selected unit, while the dialog is still open. For "Set Orientation" it's needed to close the dialog, select the next unit on map and open the dialog via menu. This has to be repeated for every unit again and again.

Not WAD, we just didn't think anyone would use the arrow keys for this.

We'll get to it when we can.
