From turn to Time

Any thought of change from turn base to time base of one of the spin-offs of Strategic Command WWII War in Europe.
One of my first PC games was a Crusade in Europe a Commodore basic game time based. It was the Western Front at division and brigade level with Headquarters. One gives a unit an order to perform at that time or over time (many turns).
Where the war in Europe could be one week equals one year. Maybe a poll to see if could make a profit.
A time base strategic game.
