I read in the news section that you guys have the rights to an American Civil War game (one of my favorite time periods for wargames ). Do you have any info on the scale and scope of this title yet or is it still too preliminary to say?

We have on the drawing boards a strategic Civil War game (Brother Against Brother a working title). The game will be Frank Hunter's second with Matrix Games.

Just found out about your company and saw that you signed on FRANK HUNTER.I am eagerly awaiting your Napoleonic and Civil War products.Are you, or do you plan on becoming a public company?

It is all in the formative stages, but I would personally hope that Matrix games becomes a fountain of top-quality wargaming, taking advantage of all the new tricks in coding.

Cross your fingers that it can become a reality. We are gamers. We know what gamers want. No one better to design games than gamers, don't you agree?

We currently are not, nor plan on becoming public. Things change, but right now that is our status.

Yes but to be fair - in the interim they put out "Forge of Freedom" and the Napoleonic's game "Crown of Glory"

Btw - I see Grand Tactician have just posted a short video of their Civil War game with a pre-alpha of 1st Bull Run - looks promising
