T-34 model ’43 not available until September 1943 in 4.5 version

I have 4.5 version. I was Playing self generated battles, and I couldn’t find the T-34 model 43 in soviet OOB until October or September 1943. This is a mistake. T-34 model ’43 fought at Kursk campaign, so it has to be available from July 1943 or even earlier.
It’s just me who have this problem or is a generalized Soviet OOB problem?

This is being addressed, it should be October '42.Please direct ALL oob related items to the forum dedicated to the subject, that way it will ease correlation!!
