Only getting 3 scenarios out of 200 ~ Operational Art of War IV

As seen in the attached image I only have a few of the total scenarios unlocked out of what was supposed to be 200 (according to steam) and I have no idea how to get the rest. I already played through all the good campaigns and I'm really not sure how to go from here. I didn't pirate it, bought it for full price and there's seemingly no dlc to make up for the vast difference so I'd appreciate literally ANY help @ this point. THX
