I opened up the 1943 scenario and noticed that Copenhagen is a zero value port for both sides. Is this because of the minefields.
Also noticed the 1945 tech for convoy escorts is the same as 1944 so no point allocating any more research points after 1944 is achieved.

I fixed the scenario and updated. Must have missed that.

The tech has never had a difference. I just noticed that.
